From time to time there may be 1 or 2 fishermen on the river bank. They will not have dogs but just to inform you they might be fishing. They will always lock the gate on entry and exit.
Very occasionally (once or twice a year) Barcombe Mills can flood. Hopefully we will get prior warning of this to contact you. A full refund will be given.
Please be aware than on one side of the field is an unfenced riverbank. Usage of the field is at your own risk.

The Brickyard is the field situated adjacent to the Barcombe Mills car park at the entrance to the Mills.
